ಯಾರಿವರು?

ಈ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಅನ್ವಯವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಪ್ರಜಾವಾಣಿ ಓದುಗರಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ.

1) ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಜಾವಾಣಿ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಅವರ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಕರು ಹಾಗೂ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಯ ಏಜೆಂಟ್‌ರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶವಿಲ್ಲ.

2) ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಿಗೆ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ 18 ವರ್ಷ ವಯಸ್ಸಾಗಿರಬೇಕು. ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಷರತ್ತು ಹಾಗೂ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಕ್ರಮಬದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ಪಾಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

3) ದಿ ಮೈಸೂರು ಪ್ರಿಂಟರ್ಸ್‌ ಪ್ರೈ. ಲಿ. (ಟಿಪಿಎಂಎಲ್) ಗೆ ಸಂದೇಶವನ್ನು ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಿಗಳು ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಫೋನ್ / ವಾಟ್ಸ್‌ ಆ್ಯಪ್‌ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಳುಹಿಸಲು ಯಾವುದೇ ತೊಂದರೆ / ಅಡಚಣೆ / ವಿಫಲತೆ / ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಉಂಟಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯಾಗಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

4) ಚಿನ್ನದ ನಾಣ್ಯ ತೂಕದಲ್ಲಿ 10 ಮಿ. ಗ್ರಾಂ. ಗಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಅಥವಾ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳತೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರಬಹುದು.

5) ರಾಜ್ಯದ ವಿವಿಧ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಿಂದ ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಫೋನ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಂದೇಶ/ ವಾಟ್ಸ್‌ ಆ್ಯಪ್‌ ಮೂಲಕ ಸರಿ ಉತ್ತರ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದ ವಿಜೇತರನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾನದಂಡದ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಮೆ. ಟಿಪಿಎಂಎಲ್‌ಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ. ವಿಜೇತರ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಕುರಿತು ಯಾವುದೇ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿಮರ್ಶೆಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶವಿಲ್ಲ.

6) ವಿಜೇತರ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಸಂದೇಶದ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಳುಹಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ವಿಜೇತರು ಬಹುಮಾನ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲು ಗುರುತಿನ ಚೀಟಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಸಂದೇಶವನ್ನು ತೋರಿಸುವುದು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯ.

7) ಮೆ. ಟಿಪಿಎಂಎಲ್ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಜೇತರು ತಮ್ಮ ಬಹುಮಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಬಹುಮಾನ ಪಡೆಯಲು ವಿಫಲರಾದ ವಿಜೇತರು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ 10 ದಿನಗಳೊಳಗೆ ಬಹುಮಾನ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ತಪ್ಪಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನ / ಅವಳ ಬಹುಮಾನವನ್ನು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಮುಟ್ಟುಗೋಲು ಹಾಕಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತದೆ.

8) ವಿಜೇತರು ಅನ್ವಯವಾಗುವ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ವೆಚ್ಚ ಪಾವತಿಸುವುದು. ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ವಿಜೇತರು ಮೆ. ಟಿಪಿಎಂಎಲ್ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಅವಧಿಯೊಳಗೆ ನಿಗದಿತ ಮೊತ್ತ ಪಾವತಿಸಲು ವಿಫಲವಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಹುಮಾನ ಕೈತಪ್ಪಿ ಹೋಗುತ್ತದೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೂ ಬಹುಮಾನ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

9) ಬಹುಮಾನ ಕುರಿತು ಯಾವುದೇ ಮಾತುಕತೆಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶವಿಲ್ಲ

10) ಬಹುಮಾನ ವಿನಿಮಯ ಕುರಿತಾದ ಮಾತುಕತೆಗೆ ಮೆ. ಟಿಪಿಎಂಎಲ್ ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

11) ಬಹುಮಾನ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆರಹಿತ ಹಾಗೂ ಅದರ ಬದಲು ನಗದು ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಬಹುಮಾನ ಪಡೆಲು ವಿಫಲರಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಪುನಃ ಪಡೆಯಲಾಗದು. ಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡಲಾದ ಬಹುಮಾನ ಕೇವಲ ಸೂಚಿತ ಚಿತ್ರವಾಗಿದೆ.

12) ವಿಜೇತರು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಪ್ರಾದೇಶಿಕ ಕಚೇರಿ ಅಥವಾ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಚೇರಿಯಿಂದ ಬಹುಮಾನ ಪಡೆಯಲು ತಗಲುವ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ವೆಚ್ಚವನ್ನು ತಾವೇ ಭರಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ವಿಜೇತರು ಬಹುಮಾನ ಪಡೆಯಲು ತಗಲುವ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ವೆಚ್ಚ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ವೆಚ್ಚಗಳನ್ನು ಮೆ. ಟಿಪಿಎಂಎಲ್‌ರವರಿಂದ ಅಪೇಕ್ಷಿಸುವಂತಿಲ್ಲ.

13) ವಿಜೇತರಿಗೆ ಆಗುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ನಷ್ಟ ಹಾಗೂ ಹಾನಿ ಕುರಿತು ಯಾವುದೇ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗೆ ಮೆ. ಟಿಪಿಎಂಎಲ್ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯಾಗಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಬಹುಮಾನ ಕುರಿತು ಯಾವುದೇ ದೂರನ್ನು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

14) ಮೆ. ಟಿಪಿಎಂಎಲ್ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆ ನೀಡದೆ ಚಿನ್ನದ ನಾಣ್ಯದ ಚಿನ್ನದ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯ ಷರತ್ತು ಹಾಗೂ ನಿಬಂಧನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಡಿಲಿಸುವ ಹಾಗೂ ಬದಲಾಯಿಸುವ ಹಕ್ಕನ್ನು ಕಾಯ್ದಿರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ.

15) ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಿಗಳ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅಂತಿಮ ನಿರ್ಧಾರಗಳು ಮೆ. ಟಿಪಿಎಂಎಲ್‌ರಿಂದ ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಲ್ಪಡುತ್ತವೆ.

16) ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಿಗಳು ಚಿನ್ನದ ನಾಣ್ಯದ ಚಿನ್ನದ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೆ. ಟಿಪಿಎಂಎಲ್ ರೂಪಿಸಿದ ಷರತ್ತು ಹಾಗೂ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪ, ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು ನಿಷಿದ್ಧ.

17) ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಿಯು ಮೆ. ಟಿಪಿಎಂಎಲ್ ರೂಪಿಸಿದ ಷರತ್ತು ಹಾಗೂ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಉಲ್ಲಂಘಿಸಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಿಯನ್ನು ಅನರ್ಹಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಅಧಿಕಾರವಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

18) ಚಿನ್ನದ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆ ಯೋಜನೆ ಕುರಿತು ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ಕಾನೂನು ವಿವಾದವನ್ನು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಇತ್ಯರ್ಥಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

19) ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಳ್ಳುವ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಿಗಳು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ರೂಪಿಸಿದ ಈ ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಷರತ್ತು ಹಾಗೂ ನಿಯಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟು ಹಾಗೂ ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಂಡು ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERNING PRAJAVANI -
WIN GOLD COIN CONTEST-  YAARIVARU
   

This offer is applicable only to the readers of Prajavani. This offer is applicable only in the state of Karnataka.

1.     The contest is not open to the employees or employees' relatives, agents of prajavani.

2.      Participant must have attained 18 years of age to take part in the contest. The Participant agree to abide by these terms and conditions in entirety.

3 .    Participants must bear the operator cost of sending the sms.  M/s The Printers Mysore Private Limited (In short TPML) will not responsible for disruptions/ faults in the cell phone service providers while sending or receiving sms or whatsapp message. 

4.      Weight of Gold coin may vary by + or – 10 mg

5.    M/s TPML will select the winners from different locations from amongst the correct answers sent by the participants via sms or whatsapp. M/s TPML's selection and winner will be final and binding on all the participants. No review or enquiry into the selection process of the winners shall be entertained.

6.      The names of the winners will be informed through text message. The winner will have to produce the I.D proof and the text message for claiming the prize.

7.      The prize will have to be collected by the eligible winner from such venue/place as determined by the M/s TPML.  If the winner fails to collect the prize within 10 days from the date of intimation, then his/her prize shall stand forfeited.

8.      Winners will have to pay all the applicable taxes and other ancillary charges, or any tax applicable . If the winner is unable to pay the amount of charges or taxes required within the prescribed time as fixed by M/s TPML , then the prize will lapse and will under no circumstances be transferable.

9.    The prize is non-negotiable and subject to availability.

10.  M/s TPML will not entertain requests for exchange for the prize;   

11.     Prize is non-transferable and/or cannot be redeemed for cash. Failure to accept the prize shall result in forfeiture of the prize. Images of the prizes are only indicative.

12.       Winners will have to bear the cost of travel for collecting the prize at Bangalore Office or Regional Office in Karnataka.  Winners cannot claim and M/s TPML shall not be liable to reimburse any cost of travel or any other ancillary expenses incurred by them to claim or collect the prize.

13.     M/s TPML will not be responsible for any loss or damage claimed or demanded by the winner. M/s TPML , shall not entertain any complaint as regards the prizes.

14.     M/s TPML,  reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of this Gold Coin Contest at any time without prior notice.

15.     Decision of M/s TPML , on all matters is final and binding on all the participants

16.    The winners will be determined as per the above terms and conditions prescribed and M/s TPML shall not entertain  any questions or correspondence, enquiry on the manner of conduct of the Gold coin contest by M/s TPML . 

17.    M/s TPML reserves the right to disqualify any participant , if it  has reasonable grounds to believe that the participant has breached any of the Terms and conditions. 

18.      Disputes if any arising out of or in connection to the said scheme shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Bangalore Courts only.

19.        Participation in the Contest implies that the participant has read all the terms and conditions to the Contest and accepts and agrees to all the terms and conditions mentioned herein.
