<p><strong>‘ಪ್ರಜಾವಾಣಿ’ ಯಾರಿವರು </strong><em>ಹೇಳಿ ಗೆಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿನ್ನದ ನಾಣ್ಯ</em>ದ ಚಿನ್ನದ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯ ಷರತ್ತು ಹಾಗೂ ನಿಯಮಗಳು</p>.<p>ಈ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಅನ್ವಯವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಪ್ರಜಾವಾಣಿ ಓದುಗರಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ.</p>.<p>1) ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಜಾವಾಣಿ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಅವರ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಕರು ಹಾಗೂ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಯ ಏಜೆಂಟ್ರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶವಿಲ್ಲ.</p>.<p>2) ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಿಗೆ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ 18 ವರ್ಷ ವಯಸ್ಸಾಗಿರಬೇಕು. ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಷರತ್ತು ಹಾಗೂ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಕ್ರಮಬದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ಪಾಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.<br /> <br /> 3) ದಿ ಮೈಸೂರು ಪ್ರಿಂಟರ್ಸ್ ಪ್ರೈ. ಲಿ. (ಟಿಪಿಎಂಎಲ್) ಗೆ ಸಂದೇಶವನ್ನು ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಿಗಳು ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಫೋನ್ / ವಾಟ್ಸ್ ಆ್ಯಪ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಳುಹಿಸಲು ಯಾವುದೇ ತೊಂದರೆ / ಅಡಚಣೆ / ವಿಫಲತೆ / ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಉಂಟಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯಾಗಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.<br /> <br /> 4) ಚಿನ್ನದ ನಾಣ್ಯ ತೂಕದಲ್ಲಿ 10 ಮಿ. ಗ್ರಾಂ. ಗಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಅಥವಾ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳತೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರಬಹುದು.<br /> <br /> 5) ರಾಜ್ಯದ ವಿವಿಧ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಿಂದ ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಫೋನ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಂದೇಶ/ ವಾಟ್ಸ್ ಆ್ಯಪ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಸರಿ ಉತ್ತರ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದ ವಿಜೇತರನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾನದಂಡದ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಮೆ. ಟಿಪಿಎಂಎಲ್ಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ. ವಿಜೇತರ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಕುರಿತು ಯಾವುದೇ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿಮರ್ಶೆಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶವಿಲ್ಲ.</p>.<p>6) ವಿಜೇತರ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಸಂದೇಶದ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಳುಹಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ವಿಜೇತರು ಬಹುಮಾನ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲು ಗುರುತಿನ ಚೀಟಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಸಂದೇಶವನ್ನು ತೋರಿಸುವುದು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯ.</p>.<p>7) ಮೆ. ಟಿಪಿಎಂಎಲ್ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಜೇತರು ತಮ್ಮ ಬಹುಮಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಬಹುಮಾನ ಪಡೆಯಲು ವಿಫಲರಾದ ವಿಜೇತರು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ 10 ದಿನಗಳೊಳಗೆ ಬಹುಮಾನ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ತಪ್ಪಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನ / ಅವಳ ಬಹುಮಾನವನ್ನು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಮುಟ್ಟುಗೋಲು ಹಾಕಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತದೆ.<br /> <br /> 8) ವಿಜೇತರು ಅನ್ವಯವಾಗುವ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ವೆಚ್ಚ ಪಾವತಿಸುವುದು. ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ವಿಜೇತರು ಮೆ. ಟಿಪಿಎಂಎಲ್ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಅವಧಿಯೊಳಗೆ ನಿಗದಿತ ಮೊತ್ತ ಪಾವತಿಸಲು ವಿಫಲವಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಹುಮಾನ ಕೈತಪ್ಪಿ ಹೋಗುತ್ತದೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೂ ಬಹುಮಾನ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.</p>.<p>9) ಬಹುಮಾನ ಕುರಿತು ಯಾವುದೇ ಮಾತುಕತೆಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶವಿಲ್ಲ</p>.<p>10) ಬಹುಮಾನ ವಿನಿಮಯ ಕುರಿತಾದ ಮಾತುಕತೆಗೆ ಮೆ. ಟಿಪಿಎಂಎಲ್ ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.</p>.<p>11) ಬಹುಮಾನ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆರಹಿತ ಹಾಗೂ ಅದರ ಬದಲು ನಗದು ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಬಹುಮಾನ ಪಡೆಲು ವಿಫಲರಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಪುನಃ ಪಡೆಯಲಾಗದು. ಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡಲಾದ ಬಹುಮಾನ ಕೇವಲ ಸೂಚಿತ ಚಿತ್ರವಾಗಿದೆ.</p>.<p>12) ವಿಜೇತರು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಪ್ರಾದೇಶಿಕ ಕಚೇರಿ ಅಥವಾ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಚೇರಿಯಿಂದ ಬಹುಮಾನ ಪಡೆಯಲು ತಗಲುವ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ವೆಚ್ಚವನ್ನು ತಾವೇ ಭರಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ವಿಜೇತರು ಬಹುಮಾನ ಪಡೆಯಲು ತಗಲುವ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ವೆಚ್ಚ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ವೆಚ್ಚಗಳನ್ನು ಮೆ. ಟಿಪಿಎಂಎಲ್ರವರಿಂದ ಅಪೇಕ್ಷಿಸುವಂತಿಲ್ಲ.</p>.<p>13) ವಿಜೇತರಿಗೆ ಆಗುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ನಷ್ಟ ಹಾಗೂ ಹಾನಿ ಕುರಿತು ಯಾವುದೇ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗೆ ಮೆ. ಟಿಪಿಎಂಎಲ್ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯಾಗಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಬಹುಮಾನ ಕುರಿತು ಯಾವುದೇ ದೂರನ್ನು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.<br /> <br /> 14) ಮೆ. ಟಿಪಿಎಂಎಲ್ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆ ನೀಡದೆ ಚಿನ್ನದ ನಾಣ್ಯದ ಚಿನ್ನದ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯ ಷರತ್ತು ಹಾಗೂ ನಿಬಂಧನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಡಿಲಿಸುವ ಹಾಗೂ ಬದಲಾಯಿಸುವ ಹಕ್ಕನ್ನು ಕಾಯ್ದಿರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ.</p>.<p>15) ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಿಗಳ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅಂತಿಮ ನಿರ್ಧಾರಗಳು ಮೆ. ಟಿಪಿಎಂಎಲ್ರಿಂದ ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಲ್ಪಡುತ್ತವೆ.</p>.<p>16) ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಿಗಳು ಚಿನ್ನದ ನಾಣ್ಯದ ಚಿನ್ನದ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೆ. ಟಿಪಿಎಂಎಲ್ ರೂಪಿಸಿದ ಷರತ್ತು ಹಾಗೂ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪ, ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು ನಿಷಿದ್ಧ.</p>.<p>17) ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಿಯು ಮೆ. ಟಿಪಿಎಂಎಲ್ ರೂಪಿಸಿದ ಷರತ್ತು ಹಾಗೂ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಉಲ್ಲಂಘಿಸಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಿಯನ್ನು ಅನರ್ಹಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಅಧಿಕಾರವಿರುತ್ತದೆ.</p>.<p>18) ಚಿನ್ನದ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆ ಯೋಜನೆ ಕುರಿತು ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ಕಾನೂನು ವಿವಾದವನ್ನು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಇತ್ಯರ್ಥಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.<br /> <br /> 19) ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಳ್ಳುವ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಿಗಳು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ರೂಪಿಸಿದ ಈ ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಷರತ್ತು ಹಾಗೂ ನಿಯಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟು ಹಾಗೂ ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಂಡು ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.<br /> <br /> <strong>* * *</strong><br /> <br /> <strong>TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERNING PRAJAVANI -<br /> WIN GOLD COIN CONTEST- YAARIVARU</strong><br /> </p>.<p>This offer is applicable only to the readers of Prajavani. (ಟಿಪಿಎಂಎಲ್) ಗೆ ಸಂದೇಶವನ್ನು ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಿಗಳು ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಫೋನ್ / ವಾಟ್ಸ್ ಆ್ಯಪ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಳುಹಿಸಲು ಯಾವುದೇ ತೊಂದರೆ / ಅಡಚಣೆ / ವಿಫಲತೆ / ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಉಂಟಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯಾಗಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.<br /> <br /> 4) ಚಿನ್ನದ ನಾಣ್ಯ ತೂಕದಲ್ಲಿ 10 ಮಿ. ಗ್ರಾಂ. ಗಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಅಥವಾ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳತೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರಬಹುದು.<br /> <br /> 5) ರಾಜ್ಯದ ವಿವಿಧ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಿಂದ ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಫೋನ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಂದೇಶ/ ವಾಟ್ಸ್ ಆ್ಯಪ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಸರಿ ಉತ್ತರ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದ ವಿಜೇತರನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾನದಂಡದ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಮೆ. ಟಿಪಿಎಂಎಲ್ಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ. ವಿಜೇತರ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಕುರಿತು ಯಾವುದೇ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿಮರ್ಶೆಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶವಿಲ್ಲ.</p>.<p>6) ವಿಜೇತರ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಸಂದೇಶದ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಳುಹಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ವಿಜೇತರು ಬಹುಮಾನ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲು ಗುರುತಿನ ಚೀಟಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಸಂದೇಶವನ್ನು ತೋರಿಸುವುದು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯ.</p>.<p>7) ಮೆ. ಟಿಪಿಎಂಎಲ್ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಜೇತರು ತಮ್ಮ ಬಹುಮಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಬಹುಮಾನ ಪಡೆಯಲು ವಿಫಲರಾದ ವಿಜೇತರು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ 10 ದಿನಗಳೊಳಗೆ ಬಹುಮಾನ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ತಪ್ಪಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನ / ಅವಳ ಬಹುಮಾನವನ್ನು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಮುಟ್ಟುಗೋಲು ಹಾಕಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತದೆ.<br /> <br /> 8) ವಿಜೇತರು ಅನ್ವಯವಾಗುವ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ವೆಚ್ಚ ಪಾವತಿಸುವುದು. ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ವಿಜೇತರು ಮೆ. ಟಿಪಿಎಂಎಲ್ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಅವಧಿಯೊಳಗೆ ನಿಗದಿತ ಮೊತ್ತ ಪಾವತಿಸಲು ವಿಫಲವಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಹುಮಾನ ಕೈತಪ್ಪಿ ಹೋಗುತ್ತದೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೂ ಬಹುಮಾನ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.</p>.<p>9) ಬಹುಮಾನ ಕುರಿತು ಯಾವುದೇ ಮಾತುಕತೆಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶವಿಲ್ಲ</p>.<p>10) ಬಹುಮಾನ ವಿನಿಮಯ ಕುರಿತಾದ ಮಾತುಕತೆಗೆ ಮೆ. ಟಿಪಿಎಂಎಲ್ ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.</p>.<p>11) ಬಹುಮಾನ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆರಹಿತ ಹಾಗೂ ಅದರ ಬದಲು ನಗದು ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಬಹುಮಾನ ಪಡೆಲು ವಿಫಲರಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಪುನಃ ಪಡೆಯಲಾಗದು. ಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡಲಾದ ಬಹುಮಾನ ಕೇವಲ ಸೂಚಿತ ಚಿತ್ರವಾಗಿದೆ.</p>.<p>12) ವಿಜೇತರು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಪ್ರಾದೇಶಿಕ ಕಚೇರಿ ಅಥವಾ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಚೇರಿಯಿಂದ ಬಹುಮಾನ ಪಡೆಯಲು ತಗಲುವ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ವೆಚ್ಚವನ್ನು ತಾವೇ ಭರಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ವಿಜೇತರು ಬಹುಮಾನ ಪಡೆಯಲು ತಗಲುವ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ವೆಚ್ಚ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ವೆಚ್ಚಗಳನ್ನು ಮೆ. ಟಿಪಿಎಂಎಲ್ರವರಿಂದ ಅಪೇಕ್ಷಿಸುವಂತಿಲ್ಲ.</p>.<p>13) ವಿಜೇತರಿಗೆ ಆಗುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ನಷ್ಟ ಹಾಗೂ ಹಾನಿ ಕುರಿತು ಯಾವುದೇ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗೆ ಮೆ. ಟಿಪಿಎಂಎಲ್ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯಾಗಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಬಹುಮಾನ ಕುರಿತು ಯಾವುದೇ ದೂರನ್ನು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.<br /> <br /> 14) ಮೆ. ಟಿಪಿಎಂಎಲ್ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆ ನೀಡದೆ ಚಿನ್ನದ ನಾಣ್ಯದ ಚಿನ್ನದ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯ ಷರತ್ತು ಹಾಗೂ ನಿಬಂಧನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಡಿಲಿಸುವ ಹಾಗೂ ಬದಲಾಯಿಸುವ ಹಕ್ಕನ್ನು ಕಾಯ್ದಿರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ.</p>.<p>15) ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಿಗಳ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅಂತಿಮ ನಿರ್ಧಾರಗಳು ಮೆ. ಟಿಪಿಎಂಎಲ್ರಿಂದ ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಲ್ಪಡುತ್ತವೆ.</p>.<p>16) ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಿಗಳು ಚಿನ್ನದ ನಾಣ್ಯದ ಚಿನ್ನದ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೆ. ಟಿಪಿಎಂಎಲ್ ರೂಪಿಸಿದ ಷರತ್ತು ಹಾಗೂ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪ, ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು ನಿಷಿದ್ಧ.</p>.<p>17) ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಿಯು ಮೆ. ಟಿಪಿಎಂಎಲ್ ರೂಪಿಸಿದ ಷರತ್ತು ಹಾಗೂ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಉಲ್ಲಂಘಿಸಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಿಯನ್ನು ಅನರ್ಹಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಅಧಿಕಾರವಿರುತ್ತದೆ.</p>.<p>18) ಚಿನ್ನದ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆ ಯೋಜನೆ ಕುರಿತು ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ಕಾನೂನು ವಿವಾದವನ್ನು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಇತ್ಯರ್ಥಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.<br /> <br /> 19) ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಳ್ಳುವ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಿಗಳು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ರೂಪಿಸಿದ ಈ ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಷರತ್ತು ಹಾಗೂ ನಿಯಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟು ಹಾಗೂ ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಂಡು ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.<br /> <br /> <strong>* * *</strong><br /> <br /> <strong>TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERNING PRAJAVANI -<br /> WIN GOLD COIN CONTEST- YAARIVARU</strong><br /> </p>.<p>This offer is applicable only to the readers of Prajavani.
